The problem is rarely the standard: it is knowing which document holds which figure, and who to ask for it. Select what you already have and see how much of the dossier you can complete right away.

• Energy bills and invoices3 figures

  Supplier portal or purchasing office: electricity, gas, fuels, water. You need the annual summary, not individual bills.

• Company documents and financial statements7 figures

  Accountant or company secretary: chamber-of-commerce extract, articles, latest filed accounts, org chart, board composition.

  Labour consultant or HR: payroll book, applicable collective agreement, training register, accident register, insurance claims.

  Environmental officer or HSE consultant: environmental permit, stack emission analyses, waste declaration, waste forms, mapping checks.

  Management or legal: code of ethics, 231 model and supervisory body report, whistleblowing register, supplier and ESG policies.

  Management: business plan, industrial plan, corporate brochure, targets already approved.

  Management or insurance broker: risk map, catastrophe policy, climate risk analysis, applicable regulation mapping.

  Quality manager: valid ISO certificates, emission calculation sheets and the emission factors used.
